Robert Purdy, CEO of Purdy Vacations, is an avid skier, snowmobile rider, cyclist, and all-around adventure-seeker. Vacations are what got him into this business over 40 years ago, and creating memorable experiences for his clients has been his passion ever since. Before launching Purdy Vacations, Robert spent eight years as the General Manager of a Five Star resort in Snowmass, where he built lasting relationships with both staff and guests—and he remains closely connected to that community today. As our fearless leader, Robert keeps our team motivated and our customers happy, blending business and pleasure with ease every step of the way.

Robbie Purdy, Co-Founder and Operator of Purdy Vacations, has a passion for creating meaningful connection and unforgettable experiences. As Robert's son, client experience is in his DNA. With over 10 years of experience in client service and management consulting, Robbie ensures our guests feel supported from their very first click to their final day of vacation. Whether he's managing day-to day operations behind the scenes or engaging with clients through our digital channels, Robbie brings positive energy, care, and a personal touch to everything we do. Together, he and Robert are the heart of Purdy Vacations.

Meet Cecilia DeLise, Chief Financial Officer at Purdy Vacations. With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and real estate finance, Cecilia brings strategic leadership and operational expertise to our growing team. Prior to joining Purdy Vacations, she spent many years at Viceroy Snowmass, where she led Accounting, IT, and Purchasing while serving on the executive leadership team. Originally from Lima, Peru, Cecilia is bilingual in English and Spanish and brings a thoughtful global perspective to everything she does. We’re thrilled to have her helping shape the future of Purdy Vacations.

Meet Aubrey Purdy, VP of Customer Experience at Purdy Vacations. Aubrey brings a unique blend of warmth, organization, and insider Aspen knowledge to every guest experience. With five years in education and six years in hospitality, she's a natural at anticipating needs and creating seamless, personalized stays. Aubrey leads our client experience and concierge teams-including our amazing Aspen Snowmass crew— with genuine care and a deep connection to the community. Her local know-how and welcoming spirit help turn every Purdy Vacation into something unforgettable.

Meet Branden Lahman, Director of Engineering at Purdy Vacations and proud son-in-law of Robert and Karen. With a solid foundation in engineering, Branden is committed to improving our vacation offerings through thoughtful solutions and efficient processes. His enthusiasm for designing enjoyable experiences perfectly aligns with our mission at Purdy Vacations. When he’s not enhancing our properties, Branden is spending quality time with his wife, Kaitlyn, and their son Warren, exploring all the beauty that Colorado and Wyoming have to offer.

Meet Karen Purdy, VP of Hospitality Services and Standards at Purdy Vacations. With a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, Karen is dedicated to ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional experience during their stay. Her passion for service excellence and attention to detail play a vital role in shaping our hospitality offerings across all of Purdy's operations. Outside of work, Karen enjoys hiking with her family and enjoying culinary delights in the vibrant Aspen Snowmass local food scene.

Meet Amy, our General Manager in Montana, who brings over 30 years of expertise in tourism management to Purdy Vacations. A retired CPA, she combines her sharp financial acumen with a passion for hospitality, ensuring every guest experience is top-notch. An avid valuables estimator, Amy has a keen eye for art and fine collectibles, making her the perfect guide for those seeking unique treasures. Kendra Hensley, General Manager of our South Florida region, has an exquisite eye for detail and a passion for unparalleled service. She possesses exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of luxury travel trends, and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for our clients. With over 20 years in luxury and more than a decade of experience in the South Florida market, Kendra is dedicated to elevating our brand and ensuring the highest standards of excellence. Outside of Purdy Vacations, Kendra also doubles as a professional artist and brings her artistry to every property in her portfolio.

Executive Chef Nicholas Anderson, a Colorado native and Johnson & Wales University graduate, brings a passion for seasonal ingredients and refined technique to every dining experience. His culinary journey includes the prestigious Little Nell, BOSQ, and Frasca Food and Wine—each earning Michelin stars during his tenure. Chef Anderson's cooking is elevated yet approachable, focusing on high-caliber cuisine that showcases locally sourced responsibly produced ingredients, all while delivering restaurant-level dining in the comfort of luxury residences.

Evan, our VP of Innovation, Data & Analytics, brings 7 years of expertise in AI and Emerging Analytics to our team.
